Colony Square Athletic Club

Our aim at Colony Square Athletic Club is to provide a realistic approach to fitness that can be incorporated and maintained by everyone in their daily life. We provide a fitness plan that includes nutrition, weight bearing movements and cardiovascular exercise without completely consuming your life. We're currently situated in the Colony Square Shopping Mall/Food Court in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia in a 15, 000 sq ft. Facility. We currently have a team of nine trainers, a licensed physical therapist on team, a huge cardio AREA, group exercise room.
