Commercial Index Bureau

This summer, Commercial Index Bureau was awarded a contract for the City of Philadelphia's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to perform mobile surveillance services. Since the nature of the investigations are highly confidential, CIB is not at freedom to consider the details. However, after a lengthy and arduous bidding process, CIB was selected. A CIB firm spokesman cited the firm's long history of successfully conducting discreet surveillance in the City and the knowledge of the investigative team as major factors for the range. CIB has maintained an office in Philadelphia since 1989.
