Summer Camp
read moreCamp is organized around a different theme and corresponding field trip each week. Some of the field trips we planned in previous summers included: a behind-the-scenes tour of the Big House, a trip to an indoor trampoline park, a beach day at Silver Lake, and an all-day field trip to Rolling Hills Waterpark. This summer you can expect we'll be taking just as amazing field trips! We also swim at Buhr Park Pool every day. The big event for the summer is the Annual Camp Overnight for campers and their families which takes place in July at Hudson Mills Metropark!
Preschool
read moreOur Preschool, CDC House, located in lower Burns Park, was founded in 1972. In the fall of 2018, we expanded our preschool reach to a second campus, CDC Forest, on the southwest side of Ann Arbor. Our preschools educate children 2 through 5 years. It is a mixed aged, choice based, NAEYC accredited school. The program uses the Highscope approach and values an environment where children can explore and expand their developmental knowledge by directing their own play. We strive to create a supportive community where children's own growth and strengths can be expanded and provide them with the skills and independence to succeed as they grow as individuals.
