If you live outside the state of Kansas, Kansas sales tax doesn't apply to anything you purchase from us. Some states may bill you directly for Use Tax, which is similar to Sales Tax. Use tax affects items purchased outside the state you live in which are shipped within the state for your use, that you did not pay Sales Tax on. You are responsible for all Use or Sales taxes billed by your State (other than Kansas Sales Tax)
