To enable inner-city youth to discover their talents and exercise them in a real world business environment through technology, trade training and career development. BAYM's Industrial Youth Center is a 30, 000 square foot former factory complex that houses technology based training programs for young people ages 14 - 19. BAYM's future looks bright. Our vision is to provide a state-of-the-art, three building, multi-use trade and technology center where young people can experience a range of possible career paths.
