Each time that I tried to load something that would work on it, access to that site was blocked. I knew that I had to get in touch with a professional. My computer is used for business and I need access daily.
I made my first call and was shocked at the price that was mentioned...I could almost get a new computer for that price. Plus, I would have to bring it in and leave it. I made another phone call to a number I found under computer repair in the online yellow pages...Computer Solution Technology Services. When I explained my problem, I was given a much better figure as a guess of cost, and I didn't have to load it up and haul it into Waco (I'm about 20 miles out). He was able to get back with me about 30 minutes later. and I just turned the controls over to him online. He was very quick but very thorough and brought my computer back to new condition. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, or preventive maintenance. Thank you Blake!
