Seven year itch. Ours began back in 2001 with a compelling urge to dispense with scratching out less than stellar work. The harmonic convergence had come and gone, and still 1000's of firms were experiencing an alarming disconnect between their advertising, sales and bottom line. Garbage in. Garbage out.
