Consumer Credit Counseling Service

Consumer Credit Counseling Service. Was set up in Salina, Kansas in 1985 and has expanded from 1 location to having a complete time office in Wichita and satellite locations in Hutchinson, Hays, and Garden City. Counseling services are provided for an initial counseling fee of $25. CCCS offers low cost educational programs geared toward the prevention of financial difficulties and is a HUD certified housing counseling agency.
