Continental Mortgage

Continental Land Investments, Ltd. Is an Anchorage-based limited partnership established in 1973 primarily for the development of single- family subdivisions and condominiums. Soon thereafter CLI expanded into purchasing deeds of trust and notes from individuals and institutions. During the late 1980s and early 90s CLI was active in purchasing deeds of trust and notes from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and obtained a portfolio from a financial institution in Virginia.
