The firm is licensed under the State of Connecticut's Banking Department and the State of Connecticut Real Estate Commission. Cornerstone was a pioneer for the one-stop shopping concept in the Mortgage Financing and Real Estate sales. The firm was established on the principal of assisting the home buyers through the complicated process of buying and financing homes. In 1993, the firm expanded its team and services to include commercial brokerage.
