For Country Villa Health Services, dedication to service started in 1969 with just one domestic care facility in Los Angeles. Today, Country Villa owns, operates, or manages 50 Healthcare Centers throughout the state of California. We provide complex medical care, rehabilitation, sub-acute care, skilled nursing, Alzheimer's, long-term skilled nursing care, and Assisted Living centers. Additionally, the firm's Consulting and Management Services Division has been involved in the start-up of over twenty hospital-based skilled nursing units and currently supplies management and consulting services to over 20 freestanding facilities and hospitals.
