We consider our drivers as one of the primary keys to successful routes. As a result, drivers receive premium compensation to make sure that their vehicles are properly maintained (2000 model year or better) and to minimize driver turnover on these routes. In addition, the pay allocated to these drivers takes into consideration our security screening measures, which include random drug testing and a comprehensive criminal history and background check on a 6-month basis. The most of our drivers are bonded.
