We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, and help in care planning and discharge planning for each patient. The care in our facility focuses on different individuals. Many residents in our population are comprised of patients requiring several days or weeks of medical care and therapy before they can safely return home.

read moreOur father was a patient at Coventry Court, recovering from a knee replacement. He also had dementia, which made his stay and rehab more complicated. We would like to take this time to express our deep appreciation of the professionalism, along with a great attitude, that we witnessed of all employees from Coventry Court. It didn't matter who we asked, or what we wanted, everyone was willing to stop what they were doing to assist us. Because of our father's dementia, he was unable to communicate.

read moreWe recommend visiting between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you have a special circumstance, please speak with the charge nurse on duty so alternate visiting hours may be arranged. Although we do not have a formal policy stating visitation guidelines, we suggest using the common areas of the facility to meet with your loved one. If it is not possible to visit in one of the common areas, we suggest a limit of one to three people in a resident room at one time. Physicians generally see patients upon admission and once every 30 days thereafter.
