At the end of the year when owners go to do their taxes they are able to have all their expenses in one report. We also offer to pay their insurance, mortgage, and property taxes for the same purposes as long as they have the funds in their accounts. Our maintenance team preform make readies, trash outs, writ of possessions, minor general repairs, and some minor skilled crafts. We also have three maintenance coordinators that ensure each work order is detailed with as much information from the tenant to the field.
