Fitness Center in Worcester, MA CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We currently have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibiltiy, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

read moreThis January we are offering one week of unlimited membership for free! Come to as many of our Crossfit or SWEAT classes, open gym times or seminars as you would like for a week, no strings attached. Our Crossfit classes focus on constantly varied, functional movements performed at relative high intensity. Each coach led class is one hour long and consists of a warmup, strength or skill and a WOD. Completion of the On Ramp program, or prior Crossfit experience is required to participate in our classes.
