CrossFit Coastal, established by Ezekiel Martinez, is a Wilmington - based school of fitness with a carefully balanced program designed to forge elite fitness. We supply on-target professional training to assist you become better physically & mentally, without the arrogance or aggressiveness of other training centers. The sign over our entrance says Check Your Ego at the Door, and we mean it. People respect each other here. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
