Crossfit Modesto

I've been participating in CrossFit classes for 5 months and I am very glad with the results. CrossFit has proven itself to me to be the ultimate way of getting in shape. I'm now 30 pounds lighter, have much more energy, and my fitness level has improved dramatically. I have had memberships at several gyms here in Modesto and I am excited to announce that I have found a home here at CrossFit Modesto. No need to look any further, this is the place to be!
