CSDD

CSDD provides a time-limited, intensive job skills training program for individuals transitioning into community job placements. Most of the training occurs at community-based sites and focuses on each personal's requirements and preferences. The outcome of this program is community employment. CSDD teaches vocational skills through the use of contract work to individuals who prefer a more sheltered environment. Contract work includes light assembly, packaging and collating. Community, social and behavioral skills are part of the program.
