I received my undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene from West Liberty State College in West Virginia. After my mother passed away from lung cancer I started working as a hygienist in Pittsburgh, Pa. And was introduced briefly to natural alternatives such as chiropractic. I then realized I had become unfulfilled with my current job and wanted to investigate other options when my desire finally brought me to further explore the chiropractic profession which supported and promoted the body's natural healing processes.
