Always do a background check on any firm you might want to work with, no matter how huge. Check with the Better Business Bureau to find out if any clients have ever filed a complaint. Of course you hope you do not find any complaints but keep in mind that a complaint or two with a huge firm is not uncommon. If they've taken care of the complaint and the client is cheerful, the business should be perfectly fine to work with. A garage door firm with a history of complaints from clients is not someone you'd want to discuss working with.
