We trace the founding of our company back to the formation of the partnership of George Berlinghof and Ellery L. Davis in 1912. This was the year that these two young architects secured their 1st major commission-the design of Lincoln High School. The design of the new school was considered innovative, with reinforced concrete floors and roof. And, long before anyone had even heard of green design, Berlinghof and Davis incorporated daylighting features throughout the structure.
