I can't say enough great things about this practice. My entire family has been using their services since 1996 when I moved to Colts Neck. We moved 1 hour away 8 years ago and we still make the drive because no other practice comes close. I have yet to see anyone on this staff leave over the years. It's like a family, clearly they are as loyal to the practice as my family is. To me this speaks volumes.

Dr. DeFabio is the best Colts Neck dentist. My whole family comes here. He takes time and explains everything to me. I can be a nervous patient but treatments are always painless and the staff is so patient and kind. His daughter Dr. Erica is an amazing dentist as well. I love that it's been the same staff for the 6 years I've been coming here.

From the minute you walk into Dr. DeFabio's office you are greeted by an incredible receptionist. She always makes you feel like you are the most special patient. Then you get to meet Sonata - Love Her! When you are finished you get to see Dr. Defabio - He always spends a few minutes making you feel special. Dr. Fabio's office is ALWAYS on time - Love this because some doctors make you wait forever - I guess some feel our time is not valuable. I have been going to Dr. Defabio for probably 30 years - My family and I speak for everyone would not go to anyone else.

I come from quite a distance but it is well worth the effort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. DeFabio is a masterful dentist who does quality work. When my mother went in for a more extensive procedure, she was truly impressed that she received a call the next day from Dr. DeFabio asking how she was doing. Sonata is an excellent hygienist. She is patient, nice and very hardworking. She is very meticulous about her work. She does an excellent job each and every time.

Dr. Defabio is by far the best dentist I have been to. After seeing another dentist and being told I needed a crown bc my filling was too big I went to him for a second opinion. He replaced a filling and sent me on my way with no crown. I was beyond happy and the treatment was quick and pain free. Recently I went in for a cleaning and was actually able to really see a difference in my teeth. Very through. As I said before I've been to a few dentist in my day and he is without a doubt the best. I cannot see myself going anywhere else in the future.

Dr. DeFabio was very active with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, serving on the Board of Directors from 1986-1994. He was a Founding Member and President of the New York Chapter of the AACD from 1988-1990. In 1987, Dr. DeFabio became the first accredited member from New Jersey of the AACD. He also served as National Program Chair for the organization in 1994.

Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. DeFabio completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She continued at the Manhattan VAMC for an additional three years, completing a residency in the specialty of prosthodontics. She was appointed Chief Resident of the Dental Service in her final year.
With her unique nursing background and prosthodontic specialty training, Dr. DeFabio utilizes her gentle chairside manner to treat patients with complex restorative needs. She maintains professional memberships with the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Monmouth-Ocean Dental Society.
