Dentist in Lexington, KY Dr. Salyer is a native of Pike County, Kentucky, and attended Transylvania University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in 1991. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and received his dental degree in 1995. Committed to the requirements of kids, he completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and practiced in Denver, Colorado, for two years. Dr. Salyer moved to Richmond in 1998 with his wife and their three kids.
