In February 2000 John and Evelyn Redden formed Devonshire Real Estate and Asset Management. The firm was born through the dissolution of Hartex Property Group, a Dallas based multi-family acquisition and management firm, in which Mr. Redden was the President. Devonshire brought together the key employees from Hartex Property Group in the service that their proven performance would be invaluable to the success of Devonshire.
