I met with Henry to sell my diamond. He was transparent during the entire transaction and my ring never left my sight. I was invited to follow the ring through the entire vetting process, and Henry shared his computer screen with me as he reviewed comparable diamonds for pricing.
I already knew walking in that one will never receive anywhere near the retail price paid so I was content with the price we agreed on.

Great experience

We had a great experience working with Paul on my engagement ring. We felt very comfortable from our first appointment and the ring came out perfect. I have been getting so many compliments and I love sharing the process of how I was able to customize the ring completely and even get a 3D printed copy to confirm that I was in love with the design!

Paul is also so accommodating and nice to work with - I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in rings and getting any jewelry custom made!

Great place!

One of the diamonds in my ring fell out of the placement. They were able to replace it, and clean the ring in about 15 minutes. I was super impressed by the quality of their work. I will definitely come back for any jewelry repair needs.

I highly recommend this place! I recently acquired some rings and needed one resized, and Paul was most helpful and knowledgeable. The resizing was done well ahead of when I said I needed it, and looked brand new (is an antique ring).

I was so excited with the results that I used it to propose only days later, when I had originally planned for a later date. Thanks Paul!

Awesome work!

These guys do awesome work, literally whatever you can dream up exactly the way you want it. They have made two pieces for me now, and each time they worked with me to perfect the design over several emails and in person consultations. Not only that, but they also care about the pieces they create, and about taking care of their customers. We just walked in 10 minutes before closing with a ring that needed repair and they fixed it on the spot, no charge. I couldn't recommend them higly enough.

My husband has bought me my engagement ring, our wedding bands, and two gorgeous necklaces from here. Their staff and service is impeccable. I broke my necklace jumping in an adult ball pit (yes, you read that right) and they fixed it no questions asked. Can't say enough good things.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Paul first sat down and started designing with us immediately. He listened to our ideas and made sure to incorporate and enhance them with each iteration. When it was time to cast our three rings, we even got to pour the molten white gold ourselves. So cool and a truly special experience! Paul and his team made sure we got the perfect rings.
