Diving Swallow Tattoo is a collective of women tattoo artists who have created a pretty and welcoming environment to be tattooed in. We're dedicated to delivering customers with uniquely artistic and technically excellent body art. Our studio is situated at 264 14th Street in downtown Oakland near the Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts and is open by appointment only.
