Keeping your oil changed is the simplest way to prolong the life of your car. Although your owners manual may suggest you change your oil at intervals of 5000-7500 miles. Although this will keep your warranty in tact, it's not necessarily the finest thing for the life of your cars engine. As technology has increased, oil viscosity's have changed, and so has the oil firms capability to engineer higher quality oil. This is a fact that we cannot dismiss, however, not all drivers and driving conditions are the same.
