Downey Adult School

To supply easily accessible lifelong educational opportunities and services which address the unique requirements of individuals and communities by delivering adults with the experience and skills necessary to function effectively as citizens, workers, consumers, parents, and family members. This school is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. In order for an adult school class to qualify for state funding, attendance at the 1st class meeting is imperative. State funded classes must have a minimum of 21 students enrolled in order for the class to be held.
