Friday the appointment desk is open between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This will allow us to allocate that time to another patient. Please inform the secretary of any changes in home or business telephone numbers, address, marital status, emergency contact, or in insurance coverage which may have occurred since your last visit.

read morePsychiatric Services, PC is implementing a new policy that all patients under the age of nineteen must have a credit card on file as all copayments, deductibles and coinsurance is due at the time of service. A receipt will be mailed to the person whose name is on the credit card. We are doing this as a convenience for the patient so they are not asked for payment on the day of the appointment.
