Dry Otter was prompt responding to initial evaluation or our issue. Price was very good for our service and repair. The techs were clean, courteous and professional. We have lived in our house for 11 years 10 of those years we rented and the land lord wouldn't do anything about our damp and wet basement. In July we bought the place and had dry otter do tile and floor system. We could not be happier with the job they did. The guys were professional and hard working. Price was competitive and well worth having done. Before it was just a mess and we didn't go down there much. Now it's are new winter play ground. Many thanks to Mike and his crew for doubling the size of our small home.
