ER Home Inspection Service was set up in 1997 to supply potential home buyers, sellers and current home owners with a reliable and reasonably priced firm to thoroughly inspect their prospective home or current residence. We supply an easily understood, on-site report when completed, as well as any follow-up conversation that may be needed. One of our major aims is client education. Often times, 1st time home buyers, as well as some current home owners, really have no idea of the make-up of all the components that are involved within the construction of a home.
