E End. Is a private supplier of various customized programs for students with disabilities and at-risk youth. We have two places in the city of Newport News, VA and the city of Norfolk, VA. We trust that every child deserves an education that will allow him or her to grow into a successful and self-sufficient adult. Our programs are created to understand the developmental, academic, social and emotional need of students in grades K-12 with the primary handicapping condition of serious emotional disabled (SED) in a positive learning environment.

Founded in 1996, East End Inc., operates in the city of Newport News and Norfolk, Virginia. Our schools and programs are licensed by the Virginia State Department of Education and/or The Department of Intellectual Disability and Substance Abuse Services and are Medicaid Accredited.
