I work with supervisors and directors to assist them build the skills they need to be successful. Many of us enter this field as teachers and then one day wake up as supervisors. This often happens before we currently have acquired the experience and skills necessary to be successful. I know; that is what happened to me over twenty years ago. I possibly made every mistake a new manager can create. I teach directors and supervisors the skills they need to avoid or correct those mistakes.
