Brett Gunderson has been training for more than twenty years. He was a national level competitive bodybuilder who worked with professional and gold medal athletes. This helped him expand his knowledge of nutrition and individual fitness training. He completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. While training with the world's finest bodybuilders, he combined his education and real world experience to evolve his unique system and style of training.
