When our A/C went out last week, we had another company come out before Elite who diagnosed the problem, but couldn't fix it for 3 days. Knowing we couldn't wait that long I called SO many companies who either couldn't come out the same day or wouldn't check to see if they carried the part we already knew we needed to fix the problem before coming out and charging me a diagnostic fee.

Not only did Elite agree to check for the part before coming out and charging me, they fixed it within hours. They were professional, informative, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Well after the owner, Armando, got right back to me, he personally came out and did maintenance check that his employee pretended to do. Armando has restored all my faith in Elite A/C, and will continue being loyal customer.

This is my one year annual inspection. Technician arrived on time. Asked many questions regarding the performance of the system if there were any issues. They checked all the specs on the condenser outside looked to see if there were any Freon leaks and how the system was running outside. System is running very well after one year change the filters inside and evaluate it the inside components and said all looks great. Very happy with them to evaluate prior to there being a problem included in the maintenance agreement.

All the Elite technicians were great. They arrived on time, very professional. Installed new furnace system and A/C unit. Happy with the end result! Also the cost was reasonably priced. I've used elite on several homes I've had in Las Vegas. I have no plans to use anyone else. They never disappoint. They're friendly, professional and have very fair and respectable prices. Elite Air came through for at the time we needed them the most. Our air conditioning units went out on us in the middle of the summer and Elite came out right away. They gave us a fair quote and the installation team came right out and installed the new units. I am very happy with this company. We bought our house in April and by July both of the outside AC units were toast from the scorching, insanely hot Vegas summer. They were old and we were expecting them to need to be replaced but they went out and it was the middle of summer so we were terrified. I did research and found this company, they came out the next day to check out everything, gave us a temporary fix to hold us over and then promptly replaced our units within a few days.

I was beyond thankful and pleased with the service and response times. They called me to schedule our maintenance (I would have totally forgot let's be honest!) and again I'm just very happy with them. I feel so relieved to know they are there if anything goes wrong with the new units and that it will be handled quickly even in the chaotic summer. Thank you so much!

Elite service is great. Offer a maintenance plan for Summer and Winter. Arrival was on time, we have 4 cleanable air filters, also were cleaned. During the visit, Matthew saved a Humming Bird. We have a feeder in our backyard, door was open, Humming Bird flew upstairs to a window. Effort made by Matthew amazing! Humming Bird was stunned, once outside placed near the feeder, then flew up to the feeder, perched and started feeding.
