I treat older individuals in the office, or if needed, in a geriatric psychiatry in-patient hospital program. I see patients who are hospitalized for medical problems who are in need of geriatric psychiatric consultation. I serve as a professional witness, and do legal and forensic record reviews, consultation, and assessments concerning psychiatric issues in older individuals, including testamentary capacity and contested wills and trusts.
