J. Kevin Elmendorf, Esq. Gained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1977, and graduated from McGeorge School of Law / University of Pacific in 1982, with a Juris Doctor degree in 1982. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982. Mr. Elmendorf has been active in professional and community volunteer organizations and has served as Chair of the State Bar General Practice Section and as the Chair of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Natural Resource Committee & Water/Flood Control Committee among other leadership roles.
