Scott was diligent and did an excellent job. When the condenser pipes froze he found us a solution that worked without another on site visit. He also made appropriate recommendations for another unit when need to replace it. Thank you Scott and Emergency.

If it were not for the amazing service from Ryker and Gary, I would not have given 5 stars. However, they immediately apologized for the issues I had with scheduling the services and then got to work. They were efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Emergency Air provides a great service. The tech that came and serviced my a/c Tommy, was knowledgeable, personable, & hard working with great communication. He is a great asset to the company! If all your techs are are trained the same. Emergency Air is league's above the rest!

We had a terrible storm last night that left us without power for more than 6 hours. When we tried to turn on our ac unit there was no air flow coming out at all. So I gave Emergency Air a call and made an appointment for the same day. Russ came out to diagnose the issue and found out that our motor was completely done for, the storm took it out due to our split system being very sensitive like a smart computer.

So we are still covered for parts which is great, and just had to pay for labor costs. We payed half now to get the part ordered and once it's delivered Russ will come back to install the part and get our ac working again! Russ is a very genuine and kind ac tech guy, very straight up, and I appreciate that. Thank you Russ it's people like you who make a great business. I recommend them 100%. A

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars. Fernando provided great service. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and that he would take pictures and share with me. I was welcome to observe him if I wanted to watch what he was doing. He explained the issues he found and provided options. He took care to make sure my home was clean when he left.

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars for the Hero program. I was not aware of the program when I called for service. Fernando explained the program to me once he was on site. What a wonderful service Emergency Air provides to veterans.

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

William was great! He was very thorough in reviewing what he was going to do and why, her was very personable, and recommended a hard stop to extend the life of the equipment. The scheduling team has always been on top of the schedule and was able to tell me when to expect Will, and we're always positive and well-trained. The tech Rich who performed my service was great. Clean, professional and knows his craft well. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary services but did recommended 1 valid and affordable upgrade that I will do in the near future. 1st time customer but they did more than enough to make me want to do business with them again. I had a fantastic experience with Ariel H, the Emergency Air A/C technician who came to repair my air conditioning unit. He was incredibly prompt, arriving exactly on time as scheduled. Not only did he display excellent punctuality, but his expertise and professionalism was truly commendable. Ariel quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit and explained the problem to me in a clear and understandable manner.

Your service tech William was very knowledgeable in a way when he ask if I wanted to watch and learn the process your company goes through to maintain a AC unit, was actually drawn in. My technician Jose Mata, was the best technician I've ever had come and do maintenance under my plan. He explained everything, took pictures, and really did a great cleaning of the system. I was thinking about canceling my 5yr contract with Emergency Air because of the poor service. I'm sure glad I didn't. The new owners have implemented new standards of service and hired people like Jose Mata who take pride in their work. Than you!

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me, what he was going to do. After he had completed the maintenance on my A/C units, he showed me photos of before and after. He cleaned up the outside units. All of the leaves and debri were removed from inside the units cover. He was very polite and enrolled me in the Hero's Program. I would recommend to service any owners of A/C units.

Our tech Gerald L. was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciate that he took pics and videos of his findings during the health inspection. Called and they came out the same day - great communication. Ozzy stayed most of the morning and was very helpful in solving the problem but also servicing and discussing the other units at the house. Very happy with the service!

My air conditioner was not blowing cold and not cooling down. I called to book an appointment for service. Andrew arrived and Had it up and blowing cold in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He explained that I had some blown fuses and replaced them immediately. He thoroughly checked my whole system from thermostat, to air handler and of course the air conditioner itself. 118 degrees outside. And he was on the roof. Thanks Andrew! You saved the day! Really impressed by the customer service. Appointment was set really fast even in the heat of AZ summer. Service technician Josh Marcelain was extremely quick at diagnosing the issue. He reralized he had a tool missing for the job, but he was back within 30 minutes with the tool to take care of the fix. I have had Carrier A/C in my house for a long time and they truly stand by their customer service and support! Kudos!

I had a great experience with Emergency Air. We had our A/C summer maintenance done. First time using them. The tech Rich walked us through everything he did with pictures showing what services he performed on our AC.Rich answered all of my questions and gave me estimates on specific things I asked about. He was thorough and very professional. I really love that you get a text prior to the techs arrival which includes a picture of the tech and a short bio. I feel this is really helpful so that you actually know who is supposed to be showing up to your door.
