ELC has offered over 1, 100 projects with landscaping expertise. Our customers continue to work with us over and over again, as well as refer us to others. Customers are drawn to our unique designs, professionalism and care to detail. We currently have worked in many different states, cities and communities including California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and the District of Columbia all having commissioned ELC design. Virtually every county in the state of California is dotted with award-winning ELC projects.
