Elmore, firm founder and president, came to Aberdeen, Mississippi as an employee of Granite Construction Company. His capacity at Granite was Project Manager overseeing the construction of the Aberdeen Lock and Dam built on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. Eutaw's heavy equipment assets supply the capability of moving between 50, 000 and 100, 000 cubic yards of dirt per day depending on the length of haul, site conditions and kind of material.
