Lee, Just wanted to thank you and the Evergreen Sanitation crew for superb service that you provided. Normally when you call for service on a Sunday, you get an answering service.perhaps. But, when I called, you answered, listened to my problem, and even though you could not get a service technician on site Sunday, you did dispatch a pumper truck. As your dispatcher promised on Monday morning, Terry arrived at 10AM despite the pouring rain, he speedily diagnosed the problem, got the pump back in service, and offered me with some tips on what to do next time hoping that there is.
