Business started February 10, 2003 with the efforts of two longtime employees of The Villages. With their special interests in mind and the experience of the area they began a multi-department business focusing on commercial maintenance. In May 2005 Carol Oldham-Owner and President of FR became sole-proprietor of the firm and is running landscape and janitorial services as her main focus, while providing several other services as well. With family working together in their proper destinations we maintain business at not just a job well done, but a job done to our great expectations.
