Plastic Surgery comes naturally for Dr. Joseph Stephens, because it combines his love of surgery and a background of artistic expression. Both his mother and sister are well-known Georgia portrait artists, but he chooses to create his masterpieces with his surgeon's hands, combining his meticulous approach and artist's eye to achieve an aesthetic result. He knew as a youth that he wanted to be a physician, and spent summers in Macon, Georgia, working at the City Hospital and earning valuable insights into the world of medicine.
