Family Life Christian Center of San Jose is affiliated with the Assemblies of God, and is part of the Northern California and Nevada District and we currently have a close long lasting relationship with Praise Chapel International. The Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man, the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct. 2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)

read moreOur church name is "Family Life Christian Center" and we are an Assemblies of God Church. In addition, we associate with Praise Chapel International as our founding roots. As an Assembly of God Church, we celebrated the churches one hundred-year anniversary in 2008. There is a great heritage to this church beginning with two women Mary Heinlen and her older sister Anne. With the help of their brother, they purchased a building, and opened the Peniel Mission it was located in San Jose on Market and S. First Street.

You'll have a great time and meet other women just like yourself with a lot of the same interests and questions. We are here to encourage, teach, and help you build your relationship with Christ as well as each other. Girlfriends is scheduled on the last Tuesday of every month. Keep your eye on the bulletin for more special events such as Weekend Retreats, Womens Conferences, Special Meetings and Outings.
