Important disclosures regarding the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program: OneUnited Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under this program, the FDIC temporarily supplies a complete guarantee for deposits held by FDIC insured institutions in noninterest bearing transaction accounts. This coverage became effective on October 14, 2008 and will expire at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2010. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
