Dr. Kelly has a particular interest in innovative treatments for diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration and its basic science. He has presented at ARVO, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. He was one of the first surgeons in Florida to treat macular holes. Dr. Kelly resides in Wellington with his wife Linda and their two daughters, Gloria and Natalie.
