The Fireplace Center began in 1960 when Ted and Ida Dahl began selling fireplace glass doors. Wood stoves were added to the line-up in the 70's, and in 1980 Tom Koelzer bought the Dahl's out. Our current President, Trevor Craig, began in 1989 and was soon joined by his brother-in-law Paul Koelzer and his brother Renzy Craig. The brothers bought the business from Tom in 2000 and expanded to Bozeman in 2002 and Kalispell in 2004.
