What a great group of professionals to deal with. From TJ in sales, to Kim and Scott delivering on the construction, it was an excellent experience. They weren't the cheapest but from a value and quality perspective, they exceeded our expectations. From permit approval to final inspection it was about 6 weeks. I'm sure they won't promise that, but that was our experience.

There is something to be said for being able to speak with the owner instead of calling a corporate office or dealing with an untrained customer service representative. I would highly recommend Flagstone Pools.

Flagstone pools did a phenomenal job with install of our pavers, Pool resurfacing and conversion to salt. The owners care and follow through on every aspect of the job. These have been hard times for a lot of businesses with labor and material shortages and I've appreciated the transparency/honesty of Flagstone on timelines, materials, etc.

We have been working with Flagstone Pools and Pavers on our new lagoon style pool and they have been nothing short of excellent! Scotty and Kim go above the standard when it comes to customer service and satisfaction from the design phase to the install. There have only been two small issues with the install and Scotty immediately took care of it within a day to my 100% satisfaction. Like all pool builds, the install has been a long process, mostly due to the usual red tape but when they get rolling they're quick, professional and make you feel like they're building the pool for their own personal use. Great expertise and craftsmanship! They have their own equipment, a dedicated crew for all parts of the install and really do a great job. If you're in the market for a new pool, call them up as you won't be disappointed. I'll be posting pictures of the pool here soon!

Extended patio which they poured cement to do. Vey good job, cleaned up very well. I'll use this company again for inside projects as well as outdoors.

Scott is a pro, he and his team did a great job on my Pool and Pavers etc. I will definitely hire Scott again for future projects.

Superb job. Kudos to Scott and his amazing crew. Scott walked us through the whole project, took his time on particulars and created a modern marvel! I would HIGHLY recommend Scott and Flagstone Pools. When my wife and I were searching for a pool company for our remodel, we were very careful in our decision. From the very beginning Scott was/is extremely professional, organized, and gave us several design ideas (and a 3D model so we could visualize our plan). Most importantly, he communicated with us throughout the entire process and finished the pavers, interior and step up shelf in under 4 weeks. Although Im sure he had several projects happening, he takes the time to make you feel like you're his priority. His crew was respectful and keeps a clean worksite. He has made our pool remodel an amazing experience.

Alberto, the owner, was friendly and did great trim work around newly installed granite bar. Painting of two bathroom ceilings and the trim work was done by Mathew who was excellent!!! Very careful with the paint and so very friendly and courteous. Mathew is a true asset to Flagstone Custom Builders.
