Fleming Engineering. Was established in 1992 to supply land planning, land surveying and site development engineering and consultation services in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Since incorporation, the firm has expanded to include four professional engineers, two registered land surveyors, as well as several engineering interns, engineering technicians and surveying crews. Our customers include public municipalities and agencies along with private and non-profit organizations. We serve private customers with engineering and land surveying for commercial, industrial, and domestic development.
