County-level filings are submitted locally on the same day or next day basis and non-local filings are submitted according to your instructions. We provide a report with all UCC filings including the jurisdiction in which the UCC was filed as well as the filing date, file number, and debtor name. Corporate filings (charter documents, amendments, etc.) are returned with a letter from the state and if requested, certified copy and/or a good standing certificate.
